For Sample Requests

We provide samples for professional and industrial buyers who are developing new projects or evaluating motor solutions.

To help us evaluate your request efficiently, please provide the following information:

  1. Our part number, or your technical requirements, including mechanical dimensions and electrical performance
  2. Required quantity for each model
  3. Description of your application
  4. Estimated annual quantity, monthly demand, or quarterly demand
  5. Your engineering test plan
  6. Your production schedule, such as pilot run, initial production, or mass production
  7. Your international courier account number, if you are located outside mainland China or Hong Kong
  8. Your company website, contact person, email address, telephone number, fax number, and delivery address

Before shipment, please provide an international courier account number, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or TNT. If you do not have a courier account, shipping costs must be prepaid.

For standard products, samples can usually be shipped within 3–5 working days. For special items, shipment may require 7–10 working days. Where tooling, special materials, or additional processing are required, the cost and lead time will be discussed with you in advance.
